Hey Sun, hows things cookin'? not at all I hope!! hehe...heee....HEHEH HAHAAHHABAAAAAAAA.......he...
Anywas, hope you don't mind a bit of shameless self promotion. I just put up a vid up on youtube if you'd care to check it out - i'm working on a project with the aim to get into professional football (soccer) at the mo and I'm following 811...which is why I'm spamming you! (please like me)
look forward to any comments/support/advice/abuse etc you may have!
As was said at the end of 'Zeitgeist: Addendum': www.thezeitgeistmovement.com
Hm, what point is it missing (that you don't believe has been covered in subsequent productions found at the site linked to above)? (At least not the very important point - which was sadly absent in 'Death Note' - that people are products of their environment.) And, what has your research on 'how to make a better world' come up with?
Researching "what is best for a better world"? Then you might take an interest in the Venus Project and its activist arm, the Zeitgeist Movement (formed by creator of the films at www.zeitgeistmovie.com) (And since I see you talking anime here, I feel like recommending Death Note. Only anime I really like. :)
haha ye, fruit aint the cheapest here either...thinking of jumping on a plane out to the tropics to be honest!
Ye the B12 thing is a strange one, I'm not sure if I'll be able to get enough from the bacteria on me fruit, particularly if I'm not getting organic stuff at the moment...more research needed.
How you find the dental aspects? Still using toothpaste etc?
Hey Sun, thanks for the welcome! Ye I know the feeling, especially when you go the organic route it can get expensive! I've contacted a few organic shops nearby to see if they would do me a deal for a weekly bulk order, but no luck as yet, so pretty much on the standard chemical infested produce.
I've been in this game for about a month or so, basically went from a standard Scottish diet (VERY BAD HIIIIIIIIIIGH FAT) to vegetarian to vegan to raw vegan to fruitarian to 811 all in the space of a few weeks! I've got a good feeling that this is the one though, Doug Graham really knows his stuff and there's something about the guy that just resonated with me from the moment i set eyes on his fruitacious literature.
I'm having a good time with the journey so far, moments of pure euphoria mixed with slight relapses and some remaining murky waters (B12/dental care) however it'll just take a bit of researching to get a complete understanding. I'm still having the odd portion of prawns to take care of B12, however I'm looking for more info and hopefully find an alternative.
Low point was a last week when I puked up about half a kilo of cashew nuts at 4am in the morning... not cool. The first time I have ever thrown up from eating too much food haha. I think it may have been the salt content though, as opposed to the nuts, as I was previously able to eat major quantities without any troubles!
Heia,

Hei sun!
Klem!

What to do when you don't have enough fruits! Firstly, never starve. The priority is to give your body enough carb calories so it can function well. Don't st...
