Thank you so much for the amazing information! I will only be living in the Perth/Fremantle area for just over a month, but I will definitely use the information you provided because I have to stock up on 3 months worth of food.
Question for you...How's the transportation between Perth and Fremantle?
I look forward to meeting you also.
Cheers,
Tarah

Yeah a catch-up in Freo sounds good. I'll bring my sis along as well because she's a fruitie too! What days are normally good for you? My work's all over the shop so it'll change week-by-week. But maybe on a weekend when the markets are on would be good?
Hi James! The website is up now. Wildbodywellness.com
I think barefoot running and Vibram Fivefingers are great. I made a video about running that I'll put up soon! I run barefoot sometimes, and like to weight train in Vibrams. I also run in my Vibrams too for some extra protection. Most of my fast running and racing is done in lightweight racing shoes. I use the Brooks Green Silence shoes. I did a review on them here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVVGuaSC15c
I don't know of any good downloadable running programs for mp3 players, but do know that Nike+ is a pretty good system that has motivational running programs that you can set your own music to. It tracks your speed/distance/time and then you can load it onto your computer and the web.
Hi James! Thanks for connecting. Be sure to subscribe to my youtube channel as I'm going to be coming out with content on a regular basis. I'd love to discuss my "views" with you some time, and hear yours as well.
Well, my brother Justin, who is on 30BAD, might be very interested! And of course i will too when i get there. And my family eat alot of raw. So yeah. Lets do it. I crumbled at dinner for the first 3 years or so..... so usually had a salad with some cooked wholefood such as potatos or tempeh or hummous or beans etc. Take your time and be easy on urself and just strive to at least make it low fat and salt free, that will make a big difference. Even better, just have steamed veggies and maybe sweet potato with ur salad, that would be the best if ur gonna eat cooked for a while longer.
