It's like an acrobatic dance, usually with two people, but could be more. It often involves lifts and balances, with fluid movements to change position. It's probably similar to acro yoga. And supper fun. Where do you practice your performing arts? Are there many people into circus skills in the Netherlands?

Ik doe met je mee in januari kunnen we elkaar aanmoedigen! Ik ben een aantal jaren bezig met raw food maar 811 klinkt zo logisch. Ik vind het alleen moeilijk om lekker fruit te vinden hier in de wintermaanden en heb het ook best vaak koud.

Wel erg leuk om iemand te ontmoeten die ook in Amsterdam woont. Ik ga proberen een keer bij je langs te komen lijkt me leuk.
