Josie, you're welcome. If we take reality into consideration, and take the appropriate precautions, a fruit-based diet should not damage our teeth. Just be sure to keep tabs on your 25(OH)D level, and keep it in the 50-80 ng/ml range. And rinse after eating citrus fruits, and maybe also rinse with diluted clove oil just before bedtime. And use a (soft) toothbrush as a tool and not as a brush. :)
