It is a shame that you feel that feminist and vegan circles are angry or negative, that isn't my experience, but of course I respect that this is yours. Time is such a factor with doing any kind of activism and once you get involved it is easy to over-commit to the detriment of your own well-being. I hope the spiritual and emotional growth is going well.
