Raw well I am allergic to salicylates so maybe thats doing it??? Also I have poor tummy and I am allergic to so much. So will just keep seeing what works and what doesnt work. Everyone is different I guess. I have been getting advice and going to get a big blood test done to see what shows up :)

Lismore is beautiful :) Whilst Byron is quite commercial I do like swimming there and going to the markets with the drumming circle :) I get to swim there in a few weeks as I am a group leader for Blues Fest :) I hope the weather will be good :)

Garden: Not yet but I want to. I havent before cause I suffer from Arachnaphobia hahahah They freak me out. I can handle snakes just spiders lol. But I really want to get into Permaculture and grow my own produce. As I dont like being chemical sprayed stuff from the shops. ( I try and go organic :) ) Also I think it is so satisfying to being to eat something that you have grow :) Currently IM studying Yoga but I would like to get into Permaculture next :)

Eventually I would like to go all raw but my tummy cant handle it :( Your place looks amazing :) Hope to be able to check it out at some point as I am always down there. One of my good friends owns heaps of land in Lismore its beautiful there. He has lots of animals its beautiful. I live up in Maleny do you know of it??? Its so lovely!!!! Peace and Love xo
