I just want you to know that because of you I laughed in some dude's face a few weeks ago.  

My husband and I watched your epic BEST VIDEO EVER with Megan Elizabeth and laughed our faces off.  A few weeks later we ventured to the raw superfoods booth at the farmer's market to buy some carob.  My husband asked the dude how he was doing, to which he replied, "The best EVER".  I laughed out loud.  Right in his face.

Thank you for the add! I love your video about not doing what you're "supposed to do". It's amazing how few people in our society are prepared to look within and define their work on their own terms. As a sidenote, I just moved to the East Bay and am currently at a loss in my fruit hunt. Do you know if there's anywhere in the vicinity to find black sapote and exotic fruits beyond what can be found at places like Berkeley Bowl and Monterey Market? Thanks!

That's cool, I will try to make your 7/14 release! Not working nearly enough this summer so am hoping to actually get to attend some concerts for once. And thanks for the heads up on the you-know-what club, I joined.  I would LOVE to meet some other fruitheads, I've actually been doing the mostly-raw thing (now am 100%, but it's more difficult for me than most b/c I have an allergy to citric acid) for over a year with NO support and, well, that's got to end.  Look forward to meeting you sometime, I'm sure we can play the "Hey do you know _______?" game with much success!

Actually, no, I didn't play that concert, although I hated to miss Jeff!  I play in 9 different groups in the Bay Area, plus sub w/SF Symphony and Opera, so sometimes I can't be in Santa Rosa.  French horn, BTW.  You playing anywhere soon?

You're most welcome!! It was cool to check it out. You did well. I don't play bass, although, the bass was my first string instrument when I was a teen. I can really appreciate the bass now that I'm older. I've been teaching myself the ukulele and I play kinda awful, but it's fun. I made youtube videos. bahaha -- they are ridiculous. On the other hand, YOU sir, have some gifted talents.

Hey Josh, I just saw that you live in Santa Rosa ?! I live in Petaluma, just a town over. At least, i grew up there, and go to school in San Diego...presently studying in Paris for the semester. But i am home for a good bit of the year and will be home all summer starting the end of this month. I have a couple fruity friends in San Diego (of my own conversion:) but none in norcal; i would love to try to meet up some time if you like! I miss sharing meals with others :)
