Hello!!

Bise,

lulu

Hey, thanks for your comments and encouragement.  Yes, I am finally feeling a bit better.  The Your Pleasures section was inspired by someone else's blog, I seem to remember.  So hey, help yourself!  I find it helpful myself.

Minimum:  Your message to me today made me smile!  So happy you have your new baby.  Be gentle with her now.  Don't use it so much she feels abused! LOL

That is so fantastic that you are getting so prepared for this grand adventure you and I are embarking on soon.  It is so much easier on you to start the process of letting go of things you won't be eating/drinking.  You will be so much more successful and less stressed out because of your actions now.

Hugs my friend.  Talk with you tomorrow.

Hi Minimum!

I am glad my blog post was helpful :)

My french has improved a lot since i have been here, i think mainly because of hearing it constantly. Living in a language is truly different from learning a language, n'est-ce pas? Living in French has a different tone, a unique feeling, and i'm going to miss it...

I have absolutely loved this city and i am sad that i will be returning so soon, it is just starting to feel like home :)

How long have you lived in Paris?

Ooooo I just found the Raw In Paris Group! This site is a little complicated. Here's the link to the group:

Sorry - I didn't do a good job of explaining.  I'm not sure there's a Paris group (there should be if there isn't).  Here's what I was referring to:  http://www.30bananasaday.com/profiles/blogs/being-fruity-in-paris-finally-getting-some-documentation-down

Gooooooooood morning Nan ! Did you notice the post about being raw in Paris? I'm on my phone, or I'd give you the url . It's on the home page of 30BAD . But you may be about to go to bed (time difference) and it may not be in the home page, just search for the word Paris in the 30BAD search engine.

Bonjour Nan !Comment vas tu ?

LOL  What I mean is don't get yourself all in a tizzy.  It's bad for digestion.  Take this nice and easy and one day at a time.  If you stumble, brush off the dust.  If you fall, pick yourself up.  There will be temptations, trials, tribulations all designed to show you your own stumbling blocks to health.  Let them pass and don't make a big deal out of a small issue.

I don't have a clue what Megan Elizabeth's recipes are for those items.  Can you share please.  Not that I would make them.  I have only me to prepare food for and I share that with others.  Running 2 businesess doesn't afford much time for fancy.  I know she is 811 or close to it and that is wonderful.

Keep your eating simple.  Whole, ripe and hopefully organic fruits and greens with minimal overt fats as in nuts, seeds, avocados.  No supplements.  No onions, garlic, root vegies, vinegar,  sprouts (not optimal), and sorry hon - no chocolate at all in any form. And, especiallly NO OILS!!

I do a fruit smoothie in the morning - 1 gallon, a green smoothie afterwards during the noon hour and a huge salad or other vegie concoction for dinner with my only minimal overt fats during that time.

Salad dressings are no problem.  Choose what you like in the fruit/vegie category and blend them together and pour over the salad. YUMMM
