30 Bananas a Day!

This is my okra salad.  I made this as my post-workout meal.  After I carb up and workout, I like to treat myself to a giant salad.  I love making simple salads and then adding some mango, cilantro, sweet pepper, and tomato salad dressing on them.  Following 80-10-10 is an amazingly simple and fun experience.  I have been 100 % 80-10-10 [I'm eating less than 10% fats] for more than a year and I never run out of fun salad ideas.
