Went to the wholesaler and they said they don't sell to individuals. Just companies and organizations like church groups. SIGH!
I was so excited after reading their website and seeing all the variety I could get!
And I was so hopeful on my way there to ask them.
And, of course, I was so disappointed when they told me they don't sell to individuals. Buu!
I know I'm not getting enough calories, but I am trying! I think I'm just getting pretty bored of apples, they're so crunchy which takes so long to chew and then my jaw gets tired from all the chewing. It doesn't help that we have certainly not mastered grocery shopping yet so our oranges just ran out and we only have 2 kiwis left. We're down to half a box of dates and 1 bag of apples. We have an okay amount of bananas, but they need to get ripe!
I was thinking about cooked food this evening. And wondering if I can really stay 811 long term.
I know these are two "symptoms" of Not Enough Calories, but just knowing what the problem is does not keep it from being incredibly -frustrating-! Knowing the problem also doesn't give me step by step instructions on how to correct it! I think I need 811 for Dummies or something.
It's just strange how earlier today I felt like everything was going great and I was excited for all the fruit possibilities that this wholesaler might allow. And now I feel kind of deflated. I have to work early-ish tomorrow (9am which is a lot earlier than my usual 1pm shift!) and I'm not even sure what I'll eat tomorrow. I'm hoping some bananas are ripe enough that I can have some for breakfast. I can bring dates and apples for lunch/snacks. Ugh.
