30 Bananas a Day!

When I became raw..

I was never really introduced to the raw food diet. I remember distinctly one afternoon a few years back noticing my mother eating trail mix and fruit. I immediately thought to myself, "how wonderful would it be to eat only fruits vegetables and nuts?!" I was lighting up! The next day I googled 'nuts, fruit and vegetable diet' and there came the raw food diet. A couple of days later I found myself doing Natasha of raw radiant healths 7 day raw food challenge. :) so I never really discovered the raw food lifestyle. I had imagined it and there I was acting on it.

That is really cool!  I keep challenging myself to just believe that what I want is out there, even if I doubt it:-)
