Hey so if anyone is reading this I have decided to keep a food log everynight before I go to bed to keep me motivated. Right now I'm High carb vegan and I'm going into hcrv in 3 weeks when my busy schedule is done and I can focus on my cleansing and health.
a big bowl of oatmeal
6 banana's 1 apple 2 oranges and some lettuce
Dinner: 2 gluten free rice wraps with alfalfa sprouts, chickpeas, cucumbers, red pepper, tomato.
raspberries + blackberries
averaging about 2500-3000 calories
+Dance class for 2 hours
