Hey so if anyone is reading this I have decided to keep a food log everynight before I go to bed to keep me motivated. Right now I'm High carb vegan and I'm going into hcrv in 3 weeks when my busy schedule is done and I can focus on my cleansing and health.
Breakfast:
a big bowl of oatmeal
Snack:
banana
Lunch:
6 banana's 1 apple 2 oranges and some lettuce
Dinner: 2 gluten free rice wraps with alfalfa sprouts, chickpeas, cucumbers, red pepper, tomato.
Snack:
raspberries + blackberries
6 banana's
5 dates
averaging about 2500-3000 calories
+Dance class for 2 hours

Comment by Mette Marit on May 25, 2012 at 6:03am When I started out, I ate a fruit breakfast and lunch because that was easier and then I ate a cooked vegan meal with my family (whatever they made). That was a lot easier for me. When I eat fruit on top of cooked food or on top of veggies, I notice I tend to get a lot of gas. I find that eating the fruit before cooked stuff and veggies takes a lot of bloating and gas away. :)

Just try not to mix acid and sweet fruits together (bananas and oranges).
