If we enter the diet with any kind of stones - liver, gallbladder, kidney, how do we get rid of it?  Just be on the diet or anything else?  

Is it true that parasites naturally die out on a fresh diet and how long does it take?  Does it have to be low fat?

Will they come to Hawaii and taste apple bananas?

Hi Gitte!

That's awesome you're going to interview him.  I can't wait to watch.  Could you ask why people who eat so much fruit don't have to worry about type 2 diabetes?  Also, does the body have to produce insulin to digest fruit?  If he is able to quote medical studies that would be great.  Also, if he has any idea how many people in the world are doing 811?
