Comment by Alex Wall-Clarke on March 5, 2011 at 3:29am I've always found apples very hard to eat in quantity, too fibrous and not enough calories really. You'd be better off with higher calorie fruits, bananas, dates, mangoes, honeydew melons etc. Also watermelon is very low in calories, no wonder you're feeling hungry so soon. Bottom line is, get enough calories so you're satisfied or this will get a whole lot harder than it should be. If you're hungry, eat more, simples. Oh and make your own smoothies, bought ones aren't as good.
