She said that this is the only vitamin besides b12 that is not supplied in a l f r v diet . Is this true ? Is there a way of getting k2 without eating animal products or supplementing ? What are signs/symptoms of a deficiency ? What does the research say of this vitamin in vegans ? Is there any evidence of bacterial production in the gut if it isn't supplied by plants ?
