Who says you can't be strong on fruit? All Mike had eaten that day as a couple oranges and a banana. So we showcased some serious fruit powered STRENGTH!
I've been doing mostly calisthenics and running the past 6 months, but doing these made me want to get back into regular lifting. My back has been so sore today. Damn. It would be fun to pull more than 300lbs. That 265lb deadlift was some serious stress on my system but I think I can do a little more. It sure was fun to throw iron around with heavy metal blasting loud. Very therapeutic for all the crap I've been going through lately.
