Yesterday went pretty well for me. Still seem to have waxing/waning detoxy type symptoms. By the end of last night I felt like I had the flu. I had aches/chills. My head felt heavy and congested. I felt much better after a night of rest. This morning I woke up fairly clear --- however mid day I felt like I was in a fog. Even hubby noticed. Not sure what's up! I felt much better this evening after going to the park and getting fresh air.
Breakfast: Banana shake (carob/hemp/almond milk)
Lunch: Gala apples/granny smith apples and mangoes
Dinner: Celery/grape and apple salad
Snack: More mangoes! Yay!
Water- a few bottles of water :-/
Exercise: Nothing intentional. Painted a large book shelf
Sleep: My husband convinced me to help him paint last night. We were up to midnight. But we slept in until 930! Yay!
Detox: Skin looks awesome and clear. So happy.
Periods of fogginess.
Strange skin sensations...like the skin on my back feels ultra sensitive.
No feelings of hungriness- energy fairly consistent! Yay!
Elimination - awesome. NO bloating/gas madness.
I am hoping to start feeling better. This afternoon I was really feeling out of it. My body looks more contoured -- probably just due to lack of salt. I am considering making something more savory for dinner next week. Not sure what ... perhaps "wraps". I also plan to purchase a vit D supp and not buy almond milk. I also will be returning to the gym. I will be doing cycling/yoga and several lifting sessions. (I hope!)
