30 Bananas a Day!

This lifestyle is harder then I thought it would be

Well...mmmmm.... I am beyond frustrated with myself. Went to hawaii and was going strong on fruit until one of my husbands family members started making comments about the way I was eating. Soon it was his whole family making comments and I couldn't handle it so I just ate "normally" the rest of the trip. I had bread, potatoes, fruit but not in large amounts, and way too much fat! On top of it, I didn't even find any food fruit in Hawaii! Big fat bummer. Despite these things I did had fun but next time I wouldn't go with that many people where I don't get to do what I need to do like find top quality fruit even if it takes me all day. I think the fact that I have gained weight doing hcrv makes others around me doubt the way I eat which totally sucks!
I think my body cannot tolerate any processed foods anymore because I have come home with a face rash and my skin is so itchy... It's pretty miserable. My face is itching so bad under my eyes, on my cheeks and chin area. It's also pretty puffy. It almost looks like an allergic reaction. So tomorrow nothing but fruits and veggies! Now that I'm home and in my own environment where I can eat how I need and get only some judgment... At least only from one person that is. I ran almost every day of my trip except the last two days. I went snorkeling everyday and swimming so I was pretty active.
Now that Christmas and the holidays are over, a new year is approaching! With a new year comes resolutions right?... My favorite part, I love fresh starts! My new years resolution is to do the insanity workout program for two months and run 3 days a week, do yoga 2 times a week and be 100% high carb low fat raw vegan! Even though new years isn't for another week, I'm starting with the eating and running tomorrow. I don't have the insanity workouts yet but I love beach body videos and my sister does it. I feel like I've been all over the place with my health this past year. At the beginning of the year I had just ended a 92 day juice feast followed by a few months of high fat raw vegan then back to vegetarian but was eating crap. Then got ovarian cysts and went on another 70 day juice feast and now to the hcrv world. I'm so glad I found it because the days I do eat this way I feel much better. Tomorrow I'm going to start with smoothies, juices and bananas. I also have some ripe mangos and dates if I want them. Wish me luck!

I know how it feels to get a lot of questions and people not accepting it. But by showing that you stick to it no matter what they say, they might realise that you actually believe in what you are doing and not giving up. Actions in you makes other people act too :) Just hang in there the detox will be awfull too, I am going through some and I have gainged too from binging on cooked while trying to be HCRV. It will work out in the end :)

Oh thanks guys!!! I can't give up because I've never been so sure of anything in my life as I am that this is the healthiest way to live. I will get there... Getting side effects to cooked foods is what brings me back. A blessing in disguise I think! Yes, I need to be not so sensitive to what others think and not worry about it but I come from a history of an eating disorder and can brush off anything people say except when it comes to food an eating. Still working through those issues but deep down it does hurt. I need a few good months with no slip ups to see results and then when I do no one can say anything!!!

good luck and listen to harley about dr Seuess those that mind don't matter and those that matter don't mind

meet your needs and forget about what others say or think.   It seems like you only confirm the problems by being forced to test the toxic lifesyle you are trying so hard to get away from.

good luck! and strength/conviction from me to you.
