I received my results from last weeks blood test. And found out that I was low in Vitamin D (a score of 12!). Everything else seems to be in good order. So basically, I'm on VitD sups till the warm sun enters my part of the world. I have a feeling I was low in VitD before I started going Raw.
Funny thing is, when I went in to speak with the Doctor, I told him I have been a Vegan diet for the last 5 months and I thought that it would be a good idea to get everything checked out. He first asked,"What's a Vegan?...can you eggs?" then asked, "Oh, how is that going for you?" I told him it has been great and that I have seen positive results from it. He seemed somewhat impressed and did not give me any hassle at all.
I would also like to thank DR, B and BigG for their suggestions last week!
