i was enjoying some beautiful jackfruit for lunch and telling a friend how delicious it was. she enthusiastically recommended one of her favourite ethnic Malay dishes called Lemak Nangka, which essentially cooks jackfruit pieces in coconut milk and spices.
out of curiosity, i googled a picture of the dish and was stunned.
