30 Bananas a Day!

Again thank you guys for all the suggestion I have been working toward appling them. Finally up to eating enough carbs. I got a Cron-o-meter account and it makes all the diffrence. I am also staying away from all electronic devices before and during bed time. I am trying to fit in meditation time before bed but have not gotten that done on a regular bases.

I am still getting used to eating so much fruit and veggies :). I cheated way to much on vaccation and had to detox... but I have not had a single bad thing to eat in a week! Yippy!!! Go me :) I have been all "80/10/10". I also have been reading that book skipped ahead to make sure I had my diet lined up and am reading through it now. I am only a few chapters in and am loving it! It is very similar to the "Self healing Colitis and Crohn's" book that I have read. I have been reading as much on this diet as possible! I have read "Fruit the food & medicine for man" it was good I am glad to keep it on my shelf and reread it from time to time.

I am still in a super good mood. I did have a drop well detoxing for a day or so but I am back to the regular happy now. I am still detoxing some what that part is not so fun but I love thinking about fruit and much more eating it!!! I look around at my family and friends and think man if they only knew... but they only ask and listen to me long enough to think they are eating relatively healthy and i do not want to be preaching to deaf ears or beating a dead horse... sorry my Dad taught me bad sayings. It is sad to that they are choosing the unhappy way of life but that is their choice. I am able to do some work outs... like yoga and walking one a day some times more. I just listen to my body and go from there. I have Crohn's and do not want to over tax my body. I have been working on meditating man that is some hard stuff at first but it really helps me by keeping me calm and focused all day. I am really only meditating for twenty minutes one to two times a day...but every little bit helps.

I am going to write on here as much as possible so I can feeling like ya'll are keeping me accountable lol

Any other tips to getting healthier and staying healthier I am all ears. Thank ya'll so much :)
