Thank you to 30BAD, Durianrider, Freelee etc. and all members of this site for sharing and caring so much knowledge and thoughts and ideas and support and advice and so on.
I bumped into the idea of a HCRV diet about 3 weeks ago. Life changing.
After a few weeks of experimentation and knowledge building...I'm ready to hit it hard. So I'm on day 2 of 100% HCRV.
Over the last few weeks I've just been increasing the amount of fruit and veg and decreasing the old junk.
My biggest success so far is...3 weeks caffeine free. I've been a serious coffee junkie for several years and well, over night somehow I managed to switch it off. I take that as a true sign that I am both ready..and capable of change.
It's nice to be free of that.
My heart is so warmed by the users and content of this site, I just wanted to express a little thanks.
I don't know if anybody will read this, but have a groovy, fruity day if you do!

My addiction was soda. Cola. Oh my. I was chugging down 2 litres a day, sometimes more! I cannot believe I was doing that to myself. I am so happy for you that you've broken your coffee addiction! :D
