Many people's goal when going raw is to attain their ideal weight. Unfortunately there is way too much misinformation out there! It really saddens me seeing people duped into restricting their calories and buying expensive supplements and superfoods.
Fortunately, you all can learn from my mistakes and get started on the right track! Focus on health and fitness and your ideal weight is a result of that. :)
