Today was a good day. I went to bed at 10 yesterday, and felt good this morning. I didn't have a huge appetite so I ate a smaller smoothie. Then I wasn't able to get around to lunch until two PM. I had no trouble eating up all my food. I love watermelons. I just cut them in half and grab a spoon. My parents were back in town today, so it was a fun day. We took my son to church in the morning, and cooked together at night. (Well I mostly just chopped). Anyways, we were able to fix a dinner everybody could enjoy. My parents love to grill and were making chicken fajitas. But they grilled a bunch of veggies too. I made my guac and shared it with everyone (Yay less fat for me!) My Dad made really yummy brown rice, and used the stems from spinach my Mom cooked last week or something. Fajitas or tacos, etc are good meals to make when you have people with diff eating preferences. Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: Banana strawberry and date smoothie (coffee with soy creamer)
Lunch: 1/2 watermelon
Dinner: Lettuce wraps with brown rice (w/spinach), grilled peppers/onions and my guac (w/mango, peppers, celery, onion, cilantro)
I'm thinking of making some banana icecream before bed, although it is getting a little late. My Dad went to the store and brought a bunch of fresh fruit and romaine lettuce for me this week. I have plenty of watermelon still, grapes, oranges and bananas! Yay! Feeling good. Avoiding the dairy temptations. Living high raw. Making plans for 100% when I get home from my trip! STRESS IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW! Lol sometimes I wish I could just live at home. Peace and LOVE!
