SO after playing around for a few months I am ready to stick to a 60 day 100 percent challenge. In which I document EVERYDAY what is going on. My Dad is interested in the diet. He has agreed to read 801010 and my blog too. I also will be posting my blog to facebook so that all my friends can see it, and perhaps they will be inspired by me. I am not really an "in your face girl" running around converting people to veganism. So this suits me well. I will be keeping my blog on google. And I will copy and paste it here as much as possible. I believe the lives of my fam/friends are at stake! I will make it!
That being said, if I become low on money at any point...I will be consuming baked sweet potatoes to make up the cals. My goals is to sleep by ten most nights. Drink several liters of water. And consume 2500 to 3000 calories. I will be working out as well. No more than an hour a day, very standard stuff. In terms of changes I will be giving up the almond milk, and any other little "cheats". I will be also buying vegan D supplement tommorow. Pretty excited about that, because I am def deficient!!
