I think by wrong reasons he might mean superficial ones, like looking good for an upcoming event or something along those lines. They aren't necessarily wrong, but they aren't addressing key issues like your reasons do, such as compulsive behavior, and they likely won't keep you going when it gets tough.

to have a radiant health, to be free of compulsive behavior regarding food.. Could you give me exemples of wrong reasons of beeing 100% lfrv?
