30 Bananas a Day!

Hello friends!

It is the forth day from my HCRV Lifestyle. Ate one watermelon, lots of bananas, spinache etc. today i woke up and felt very worry.... i can't explain why...it was already yesterday but not so strong. in the afternoon i had a big appetite for chocolate and soyajoghurt...i ate a little bit, but i doesn't felt good. read in the 801010 book and felt better. 

I am sorry for my English faults... I am sure it will become better and better, when i often write on this page and read! i like it very much :-) 

I am a little bit afraid about my weight, i know i am only four days eating raw fruits (till 3000 calories!!i got it:-)) but i have a biiiiig belly! I hope so, that my weight will become less after some days. Has anybody made a similar experience?

it is very exciting this new diet and full of new colours of the food, new tastes and feelings! when i go to school, i mix me a big smoothie of watermelon and take 1000 gramm of grapes with me in the rucksack :-)

Thank you all! It is nice to meet you all! Moglie, the slow down before eating is veeery good. i will also test the advice about the same fruits per day. 

Greenmama thank you for your good energy. The boy on the picture looks sooo cute and happy! and thank you Leonie for the helpful notes. It is funny how fast i don't miss the salt.

The reason why my belly was so big, wasn't because of the fat, but because of my intestines (darmen) being so bloated and filled with old, hard to digest foods (like bread, cheese, crazy food combinations, beans etc...).
If you keep it up for a week, you will already notice how your belly will become flatter because the foods are easier to digest and pass through your body quicker. Imagine that while eating ''normal'' swiss food, many things get stuck in your belly! So a lot of old ''s***'' is going to come out of your body ;-) 

Not eating any salt will make you loose a lot of water that your body is retaining as well.

what worked for me is eating the same or at least compatible fruit the whole day.. example.. if i have figs for breakfast i will have figs again for lunch or bananas.. if i have melons for breakfast i will have melons again for lunch.. etc.. and try to calm down and relax before start eating. i usually sit down and relax for at least 15min before eating.

this is what works for me... i hope it will help you in your quest for health.

by the way are you from the Italian speaking part of swiss?

Your English is not bad at all.  :)  No worries about the belly.  Your digestive system is just clearing out the old bad stuff and getting used to more water and fiber.  Also, you will always have a big belly after a big meal, but after an hour it will be back to its original shape.  It takes time to get used to it.  You are off to a great start.
