Happy Valentines day! I didn't have a date, so me and a friend paired up just for fun. I got a bracelet from her made of threads, I made her one out of soda-pop tabs. (I don't drink it, but my family has always been drinking bunches... you should see the fridge.)
And I had a wonderful time in PE "playing" bacchi with my friends.
Weight loss is amazingly slow... I'm stuck on 123 pounds at a height of 5'5"... or 5'2". I'm not sure! My dad says 5'5" and my friend is arguing 5'2"... but, I think its 5'5" anyways. My brothers 5'6" and I'm as tall as him...
No more cooked food cravings sense november! Thank god for dates. I crave the now if I'm really hungry/under-carbed.
Starting to exercise a lot more. I just feel like I gotta! 1 hour and 30 minutes, or 2 hours some nights. I just feel so ready for it! I have so much fun, now, too. And run a bit in the mornings.
Ahh, my mind is so clear. Its amazing. Ya' see, that's what makes the 20 lb weight gain worth it. Eating just as I did when I gained the weight, and its been going down! (though... its been 123 for a few weeks, but even so, before that...)
If anyone has any more weight loss tips, it would be much appreciated!
Or weight training help. I'm trying weights 3x a week, but ahhh... feel like I have no idea what I'm doing.
