So day one went well. I jogged 3 miles and ate to organic cantaloup, I tried to get sleep but my kids woke me up again

Post months ago I moved , and that was about the hardest thing
To do with just one other person. The work has been so hard between the yard

Kids that I became so sad and lonely. Then ok Saturday I took shrooms with a group of people and despite laughing the whole time I looked at myself in the mirror and realized that just wasn't me. I'm ready to
Move on and be
Healthy I just to be happy again.
