As winter hits and the gloves come on in the frosty north, I'm finally hitting the quality of running I had a couple months ago before my foot decided to fall apart during the TNF 50 miler. Perfect timing right? I'll still whip on the raceready shorts a few times before the snow gets too deep. Anywhooo...looking for some suggestions for LFRV snacks to stuff in the hand warmer. Preferably something that won't get too sticky, and more importantly...something I can look forward to eating 15 or 20 miles into the run! If you've got an easy "on the run" sticky foods solution, throw that in here as well. Actually, if you've got anything at all to say, throw it at me, I could use some interaction from like minded people!
