This morning I made a delicious blended breakfast. It made 8 CUPS!!! The only problem was I needed a little more time to drink it all before school, so I shared with my mom and she loved it.
3 green apples
1/2 cup frozen mango (cause my fresh ones aren't yet ripe)
20 sprigs parsley
1 stick celery
water for a good consistency
Yumm...and I will share last night's desert "Apple pie" smoothie:
2 green apples
8 medjool dates
1/2 cups frzn blueberries
& a little bit of cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg !!
I had to live banana-less for a day and a half. Funny how much you'd think it wouldn't be a big deal without them, but you miss em sooo much when you have none!
