30 Bananas a Day!

i am running currently 3-4 km a day or a rapid 5 k ride through the wooden which is wonderful :)

yesterday i went for the first time without music.. and i noticed i gained fitness!

my performance increased and so did my endurance... and it feels lighter and faster.

my breathing is calmer and my rolling characteristics are more controlled: I land under my hips and roll up on my forefoot, my legs pull backwards... my knees are down and shoulders relaxed.. my arms down... chest lil bit up... feels good. very less movement around my hips and i feel like i work more from my center not from my legs...

My jogging route has an 500m incline after the first km.

Its through the wooden so its pretty much up and down which is challenging my endurance and its fun!
