Day one went wonderful. I ate 2600 calories of raw fruits and veggies and had no cravings!!! So, this is day two! I have had 2 huge green smoothies-750 calories each. Each one contained- 2c spinach, 1 c frozen peaches, 4 large bananas, 2 dates and 1 scoop of raw protein powder from garden of life. I have 3 huge jars of this protein powder and do like it. I probably won't buy it again, but don't want to waste and it is all raw. I also only had a half a cup of coffee today, it did not taste good to me. So, I will cut it out tomorrow!!! I have already had 2 1/2 liters of water also. For dinner, I will have a big salad again with 1/2 avocado, 1 mango, 2 tomatoes, 4 c lettuce, cilantro, lemon juice and bell pepper. Then, I might have a few dates and or bananas if I need something sweet afterwards. This worked great yesterday!!! I will make sure to get at least 2500 calories again as everyone says it is a minimum! Also, I was down almost 2 pounds this morning! I am sure it was water retention, but that is great by me!!!
