30 Bananas a Day!

 Hello everyone, I've been experiencing some detox symptoms lately from the raw food, like skin breakouts, and also some rash and itchiness. Did you all experience common symptoms when transitioning to raw foods? I know this is a good thing, because my body is getting rid of the toxins, and the skin being the body's largest organ, makes detox symptoms show up there.

I also ate a couple things that were not raw, I ate some curry chicken, and some m&m's, as I've stated before, I'm not totally raw yet, but working towards that. Eating that food is making me feel awful, my vision is blurry, I kinda feel dizzy and dissoriented, and I feel sore all over. My body is not reacting good to that food, and it's defintely making me want to go raw, and I think I'm going to give 100% raw a chance for a while and see how it goes, and see how I feel. Have you had similiar experiences when eating food that wasn't raw, when you were starting?

I feel very hopeful about everything, and really think I'm going to be making big changes for the good in my life =)

Going to chow down on one of my favorite fruits in a bit, cantaloupe!! ^_^

I'm kinda concerned about the breakouts and I've heard about rashes also part from other people.... My skin is so sensitive so I hope it doesnt happen and the toxins come out another way.
