I haven't posted on here in months, but I thought it was a good time to give an update. I've been following 80/1/1 for a few months now but not all fruit. Just vegan cooked foods.
So anyways, I ran my fastest 5k today, 26 minutes which for most of you is probably not that impressive but considering I just started running in May of this year, I'd say that is a great improvement! I am very excited and can't wait to get back out there and work even harder! I am loving loving loving this!
Okay love you ladies and gems have a great night/ day! :)

Comment by The Dutchman on October 15, 2012 at 5:44am Well Kimberley,
This is my week, had today a 4 mile run, and a new record on the 5 km.
Personal best 5 km of 25m:12s which is a 1m:10s improvement.
Comment by Kimberley Marie on October 13, 2012 at 11:42am Thanks Cantora :) That is still awesome, keep up the great work hun! I run better too when I focus more on the fruit aspect of my vegan world :)
Comment by Cantora on October 11, 2012 at 9:35am Wow, good job, girl!!!
My fastest is only about 35 minutes, so to me you are very fast =)
Fruit is the only way I have began to enjoy running :)
Comment by Kimberley Marie on October 10, 2012 at 8:52pm Thanks every one!!! and Yea that is awesome, 4 miles under 30! It helps that it is very cold here haha, don't have to over exhaust in the heat, but I never thought in my life I would enjoy running! So weird...

Comment by Pau Casas on October 10, 2012 at 7:26pm I think it's VERY impressive! I started running in June myself, and my fastest 5k is still 38min.
Keep going!
