Protein Myth. Do plants have enough protein?

this topic was discussed  many, many times, but I have a habit to do a research on my own :) just to know more about an issue and at the same time to go on with my education ;)

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that we obtain 5% of our calories from protein. This would mean that if you were a man burning 3000 calories per day, you would need 38 grams of protein. Here's the math on how this 38 grams of protein is calculated.

In biology, roughly all  living cells are about 5% protein and 5% fat.  No matter what you eat, you are getting this minimum. 

This what I tell people who are concerned about protein intake, and then their light bulb will go off in their heads, like oh yeah, right, I learned that in high school biology. 

As long as I am eating a raw leafy green and raw fruit diet, I never count or worry that I am getting enough protein anymore:)

Ultimately, all the protein and amino acids COME FROM PLANTS. That's where they are first made before animals eat them.

yeah, that's it. it's delicious to get protein from nanas :) as for spinach, we can get many more nutrients from it (apart from just protein) which we cant even imagine getting from chicken/animal products.
