Today I started weight training with my kettlebell.
Here is the deal : if really there are no protein in fruit and veggies, not good enough or just not enough to promote, allow and/or enhances lean mass gain then in six weeks from now up to six months of regular weight training there will be absolutely no change into my body shape, my body fat percentage or my body lean mass.
But if there is, just one single change in my body shape, body fat percentage or lean mass then the proof is done about this lifestyle.

It is not why I beleive but what is said about the horrible unhealthy fruit diet ... :-P
So I am going to be the living proof it is not true by putting on muscle while eating fruits and vegs !!!
