So even though I caved on my 30 day challenge last night, eating a cooked dinner. I'm back up and running with a day of fruit meals in my lunch bag, and have planned a salad for dinner --- but I will allow myself flexibility if the day spirals into chaos and overwhelm.
I'm sort of in this in-between level: I'm beyond having a cooked meal every single day, but not far enough on the journey to be 100% raw 100% of the time.
So I'm now aiming for in-between: I will endeavor to be 100% raw as many days as possible, whenever I can, and allow that flexibility for a cooked meal once in awhile.
It's good to be older.... I've been around long enough to not beat myself up over diet issues. Just keep going.
