Have you ever needed to stay awake for whatever reason? On day 13 of my polyphasic sleep experiment I run into serious sleep deprivation. Here's how to beat sleep deprivation. http://www.endersadventures.com/Polyphasic-sleep-day-13-how-to-beat...

Small world? Site? Anyway- fascinating stuff man I will get back to you after I read it all.............
Comment by Ender Ayanethos on May 28, 2012 at 3:59am hahaha! I can just picture myself during mega sleep deprivation stage right now trying to do construction. Actually, having a project to do like that will probably help out a LOT. I ran into my biggest problems when I got bored with nothing important to do. Thanks for the friend request, ttyl~
Comment by HandymanBananas on May 28, 2012 at 3:55am Awesome I will check it. I am moving into my garage and renting out my house August 1st. I will be building a small studio but currently it is literally a garage... like... smelly and barren. I plan on starting the polyphasic sleep experiment August 1st and hoping to do video and journal blogging while renovating. Should be interesting LOL! Hopefully I don't shoot a nail through my hand or fall asleep on a ladder. Should be able to get a lot done if all goes right haha. I'm going to take a look at your blog and probably ask you some questions later this evening. Thanks again :)
Comment by Ender Ayanethos on May 28, 2012 at 3:35am Mmm, that tomato dish in your pictures looks really good. Me? I've been 811 lfrv for maybe 45-50 days now from my previous lifestyle design experiment.
Summer! I'm so looking forward to watermelon and cantaloupe being in season
Comment by Kimberry on May 28, 2012 at 3:27am Conor: I second those two people! Steve has a really well organized log of like five and a half months.
Ender: Why thank you! :) I'm raw most of the time lol. Striving for 100% of course, but some days I do have cooked. Doing that less and less though, and now that summer is here there is much more fruit to be had. lol.
How about yourself? :)
Comment by Ender Ayanethos on May 28, 2012 at 3:19am You seem pretty cool Kimberry, are you raw now too?
Awesome Conor, highly encourage it! I've detailed my personal polyphasic sleep experience at my blog links above. Puredoxyk and Steve Pavlina have pretty good blogs about it too, and there;s aiea and BeYourPotential on youtube with some pretty good logs too.
Comment by HandymanBananas on May 28, 2012 at 3:11am I am seriously interested in this topic. I can't believe I only discovered a week ago and on 30BAD. Kind of a strange place for polyphasic discussion no? A little bit.. Anyway, I have time in August and I am going to attempt 2 weeks. I'm already getting butterflies about it. I'm doing more research. A few folks have reported 30 days no problems. We shall see--------------------------- anything I should particularly look into? People/stories/research?
Comment by Kimberry on May 28, 2012 at 3:01am for reminding me**
Haha yeah! Steve actually got me thinking about raw foodism too, long ago. :)
Comment by Ender Ayanethos on May 24, 2012 at 3:42pm Thanks guys! Paul, I know what you mean. I've had to use NLP techniques to program myself to do the things I want to do, regardless of how I feel or what I'm thinking in the moment. For example, when my alarm goes off, I automatically shoot out of bed, sit down at my computer, turn off my alarm, and pick up my notebook to record my feelings. If I had to think about it, I would be much less likely to do it consistently.
Steve Pavlina was my polyphasic sleep inspiration years ago! I tried it a while back and crashed on day 3. This time I'm determined!
I didn't know PureDoxyk wrote a book, that's awesome. I'll have to check it out!
Comment by Kimberry on May 24, 2012 at 3:23pm :) I went about that long and was feeling fine, but then school/work happened. :p
I second PureDoxyk, check out her website! Also Steve Pavlina has a great log of his polyphasic sleep experiments.
I want to try it out again! Thanks for remind me. :)
