Wow, I have finally reached a point where I understand how people are living on 955. When I started 811 I went from about an avocado a week to half an avocado a day over the first few months. I finally decided this month that enough was enough. I've had a few overt servings over the last couple weeks but the urge is just kind of evaporating. I had some pumpkin seeds over the weekend and I couldn't believe that when I chewed them they tasted like oil. The test was tonight when I went for the leftover seeds and I just decided that I couldn't do it and reached for the dates instead. Weird but cool...
