I am getting nuts stuck at 80 % and not eating the right food.
What am I missing ?
I have a house full of cooked food and I cook everyday for my parents that I am taking care of so each evening it is really hard for me to step away and not get into my cravings.
I need to step away.
I need to separate thins in my mind and grab the right food in the evening as I do in the day.
I need to get healthy and thrive on this diet !
There's no way out.
