Hi all,
instead of introducing myself in the beginners sections I want to do it here and express my gratitude for Grant Campbell for first introducing me to this lifestyle a couple years ago and answering first questions. May, many thanks also to Ruth Heidrich who encouraged me even more to try it- and finally to Anne who kindly shared her thoughts on an all fruit diet with me couple months back.
I read 80/10/10 shortly after going vegan back in 2005. Tried it, back to cooked, tried it again, back to cooked etc. for several reasons. Now I intend to do it again and stay focused and on track. My main motivation: I am a passionate runner and it feels just so, so much better on raw :).
Hence I am an "old newbie" ;-)
After one week now: clearer skin, definetely.
That's for now
Take care
Nicole

Comment by Rampreet Schultz on June 28, 2012 at 7:12am I recently tried and went back to cooked vegan and had the worst experience with vegan cooked food today and decided that (also as an athlete- yoga instructor/passionate about fitness) I need to just bite the bullet and realize that I can and should do this for my body! GOOD LUCK TO YOU on your journey. :]
