I eat unlimited fruit calories – more than 3,000 calories a day.
People who think fruit makes you fat are crazy. And they are mean to me too – telling me I eat too much! A lot of my co-workers are frightened by how much I eat, telling me to stop pigging out. Well I’ve been eating A TON of fruit for 2 full years and haven’t gotten fat. In fact, I’ve lost weight. I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full – just like anyone else, lol! That is all!
