Today my wife crossed a major finish line! She just completed 504 hours (21 days!) of only drinking water!
I am in awe of her determination and maturity in her quest for the best health possible.
My wife Victoria really is an inspiration, I'm so impressed with her, I really find myself speechless.
I've doubted her convictions, ideas and promises in the past,... yet forever I know now she's capable of anything she really decides she wants to accomplish. I owe her so much for my health today. I would have never found out about the Fruitarian/811/LFRV/Raw diet unless she insisted I read a book that she gave me in January 2008 (The Book: The 80/10/10 Diet).
My wife Victoria is probably the reason I have reached all my athletic goals from a sub 2:30 marathon to running 100 miles in the mountains in the last 3 years. WIthout her personal passion and quest for better health I'd probably still be 20lbs over weight and working way too many hours in a closed office.
I'm so proud of her and really amazed at what she's done for herself. A lot of people think I can do anything I put my mind to, but the thought of fasting for 21 days really scares me, I personally would much rather run 100+ miles any day of the week!
To my wife Victoria Arnstein:
You are the bright star and spark in much of my success in life. I love you!
When you get home from Panama next week I have the following waiting for you!
Clementines, Valencia Oranges, Young Coconuts, Pomegranates, Strawberry Papaya, Persimmons, Sharon Fruit, Asian Pears, Mexican Papayas, Dragon Fruits, Red Cherries, Blueberries, Carrots for juicing, Durian, Longon's, Passion fruit and lots of Love!
