Okay! So I'm finally committing to something! I have been doing pretty well the last couple months but still essentially transitioning.
The holidays were not great diet-wise, but I'm pretty sure I made better food choices than the previous year. The longest I went on 100% 811 was 2 1/2 weeks. So I'm committing to 1 months or 30 days now. Hmmm, that means like 4 Feb. I can do it!!! I'm going to focus on mono meals to make life simple.
Now that I'm back at work, I notice I'm immediately eating more and cravings are slamming in! Wow! I didn't know working affected me like that! So, I'm going to also work on destressing myself. Just relax and be in the present moment. Don't worry about what might go wrong. And focus on one thing at a time.
