30 Bananas a Day!

I remember being a kid and thinking why is life so hard! My parents say fruit is good for me and candy is bad but we never have any fruit in the house. Why cant things just be easy and then i could eat fruit for every meal. Almost 20 years later and ohhhhh ok, life is just that simple!! :D :D

My journey to LFRV has been short and sweet so far. I watched a video about a Breatharian named Jericho Sunfire and figured i needed to switch my lifestyle up.  He called being a Fruitarian the 'holy grail' of diets. Now that i am following it i know why! I transitioned quite funny though without reading Dr Grahams book. High fat + Fruit sure dont mix! I wish i came across this site way sooner as i was going through a roller coaster of spiked blood sugar and clogged brain hahahah.  Well now finally i have read the book and every other question i have had has been answered by this community.  My life has a new fragrance to it, i would almost call it a re-birth.  The brain fog i had been experiencing since i hit puberty had finally gone away.  I have been practicing yoga and meditation for years already and now that i have finished detoxing the quality of both has gone up dramatically.  I had never ran longer than 5 minutes before without walking to rest... yesterday i did a half hour without being tired i only stopped because my feet hurt.  The information regarding caloric intake has been INVALUABLE as i was trying to limit my calories to under 2000 per day everyday.  I cant get enough of watching Durianriders videos, he is the absolute man! Every question asked on this website is answered with such care and detail it makes this journey just that much easier. My deepest thanks to 30BAD and all of its members! :)
