well; i actually started a little yesterday, but today is my first full day of nuttin but fruit...I am doing this because i told a lie to my doctor yesterday, he told me i had to lose 10 pounds this month or he was going to take away more of my pain meds. i lied about the weight the nurse wrote down so on top of the 10 pounds hes makeing me lose; i gotta lose the 10 pounds i lied about..bringing it up to a wopping 20 pounds in 30 days.
I have started eating only fruit because i know how good i feel when i eat raw/living strickly. i had done this for a month a few years ago and felt soooo wonderful. I have fybromyalsia and my feet are totalyy consumed with arthritis, i have chronic pain EVERYWHERE and can barely walk arthritis is in alot of other places but my feet are extreme...Plus i am extremly over weight/obese..my issue to whoever reads this is do you think a person can lose 20 pounds in 30 days if i stay completly faithful to this for the straight 30 days its actually going to be 28 days..i am going to start my blog out with my weight and weight in at least once a week. and write what i eat daily and drink, so here i am laying it all out there like never before....
september 13, (weighed on the 12th)..: weight =314 pounds
today i ate and forgot to count but ate until satisfied,,,watermelon, about 3 apples, 2 bananas and about a handful of red seedless grapes. I havent drank much come to think about it all the sudden, i filled my 32 oz. mug up this morning and its still half full...I will do better tomorrow..this evening i feel a little like i have a fever and not feeling very well but i know its just due to the non consumption of cooked food. since i started some yesterday, today my shorts feel somewhat looser but im just not swollen from lots of food and swollen up from the arthritis and salt......NOT A BAD FEELING TODAY im looking forward to tomorrow (the end of tomorrow) good night ....sara
