i did that for the first week i tried to go mostly raw, no wonder i felt awful. but over time, you get used to handling more food. i'm such a tiny person, most people doubt that i can down 10-15 bananas or apples, or 2-3 heads of lettuce in a sitting.
Comment by Pamela Schmidlin on November 24, 2011 at 7:21am Good Luck....we can definitely use each other to lean on......this will be my first ALL fruit and veggie Thanksgiving!....I am thankful for a family that does support my lifestyle though- they may not live it themselves but do support me in my ventures! And they know it is a healthy way to go!.....But at 70 yrs old people may have a tougher time making the change....and with health related issues that nutritionists tell my Dad to not eat this and that, it makes things difficult.....QUESTION to the nutritionists though- if the meds and foods contradict one another why not drop the meds and not the food?!?!?!?
