30 Bananas a Day!

Month 4 and feeling amazing! (update with pix)

I can't believe I have made it this far! This is the easiest healthy diet/lifestyle by far. I spend no time in the kitchen and there is almost zero washing up - its the perfect 'lazy girl' diet. So where am I now. Well constantly improving seems to be the overall theme of this journey, just when I think things have slowed down I suddenly experience another quantum leap in my health/vitality/looks etc.

 

I the last 2 weeks (since my last blog in which I had joyfully got back into UK size 10 skinny jeans) I have...

shrunk a little bit more

I have become firmer all over

I have stacks of energy and actually want to work out harder and harder all the time

My cellulite (bum, backs of thighs) has decreased by at least 50%

Blocked sinuses/catarrh/rhinitis decreased by about 99% (almost gone which is a huge miracle for me)

I feel more focussed

I feel more creative

I now sing and dance daily, it's like I have such a passion for life now that I can't help express it in this way

I am much less fearful and anxious about life and 'the future' I am happy to just 'be'

I look a zillion times healthier and more glowing and feel great too

my tummy is flat everyday!! I used to always look about 3 moths pregnant due to a combination of flab and IBS bloating. I can wear little outfits like this now - in public!

 

If this is just 4 months, I am excited for the next few :-)

You look great - like a BRIGHT Star! It is so true about the feelings you are describing, I feel exactly the same. Also, the Quantum leaps are pretty cool - you wake up a morning and you observe a huge shift in your health for the better. - thx for sharing your inspirational story.

Thanks Isa, I am wearing a tiny bit in the first pic as I am dressed up for a special event (just mascara, eyebrow pencil and blusher). In the second pic no make up at all

Kate I aim for at least 2,500kcal, I am still working up to bigger amounts gradually. I managed 2,700kcal the other day so it is increasing slowly (at first I could only fit about 1,700kcal in!). Do you work out much Kate? I do lots of plank exercises and push ups to build my core strength - this is really helped to tiighten up my mid-section :-)

I know from other threads you have issues with drinking too much water, I would imagine you are probably carrying some of that around. xx Star
