Morning did my 32 oz water first thing in the morning. Ate the honey crisp apples that are just so amazing.
Went out with a friend to a tea house and had a lovely fresh salad. Dinner was more salad and some sashimi.
Trying to keep the food combining rules in place so that I am not unnecessarily slowing my digestion down.
Felt pretty good got a lot of things accomplished today and thus consider this a productive day. The rain is just pouring down so hard. Keeping in mind that I need to up my morning fruit intake so that I feel more satisfied heading into my afternoon food choices. I enjoy hearing about the low cold/flue levels being on the raw food diet. I am hopeful in incorporating more concepts. It is a bit of an adjustment to make all the changes to raw so I am leaving off all the added dressing and sauces that I would normally have gotten with my meals out and that makes stopping with one portion so much easier as the dressing is to make you want to eat more rather than listening to your body when to stop eating. My portions out have gotten way smaller and that is a normal occurrence due to eating fruit before I go into a meal and also the elimination of any dressings I would have used. This makes it easier for me to become more selective in the eating out that I must do for social/business reasons. Eating fruit first is such a great idea. How strange it is that fruit is served in Europe after a meal. In china they don't have this dessert concept to end a meal. The Chinese also do zero dairy products and are fanatics about freshness in their stores. I have found cheaper prices and better produce at the local asian supermarkets. It is so interesting to read how others are incorporating the 80/10/10. It is a wonderful source of information at this forum. Love and Light.
